Sasha is an artist who lives with her family along the Catskill Creek. She received her teaching certification from Raghunath and Sondra Loring at Sadhana in 2009. Wishing to incorporate Chinese philosophical roots with Yogic study, Sasha received a second certification in Yin Yoga, a Taoist form, after studying with Biff Mithoefer at Omega Institute.
