yoga mentoring program 2023-2024

with Sondra Loring and special guest teachers,
including Kelly Kamm, Matthew Remski, Kavitha Rao, Shyam Raganathan, Ashni, and more

September 2023 – January 2024: A five-month long program of rigorous study, exploring, redefining and refining the rich tapestry of yoga through a myriad of lenses.

I am excited to announce the Untraining/Reframing, a five-month long course of yoga study for dedicated folx who want to better understand the animated heart of yoga, through the deep exploration of history, philosophies, contemplative and ritual traditions, and enhance their own practices relevant to their own lives. Through reading and discussion of somatics, boundaries, trauma-sensitivity, updated yoga instruction, personal story, participants will expand their relationship with body, creativity, and community.

This course is for those who want to integrate yoga into their own work, which might include a new endeavor into teaching yoga, but not limited to that. It can be relevant for physical therapists, bodyworkers, artists, writers, community builders, as well as for personal development.

Please email me at sadhanacenterforyoga@gmail.com to request a complete course outline.
