Zen Mind Meditation

Coming back to our breath and to each moment is the essence of all meditation practice. Sitting together in community and establishing a regular practice can lead to improved focus, clarity, and personal equanimity. Each session will include gentle instruction, spiritual readings, sitting in silence, walking meditation, mindfulness practice and Q & A. Beginners and experienced practitioners welcome. Class is held the first and last Friday of every month. Taught by Nancy O’Hara.
