Coming back to our breath and to each moment is the essence of all meditation practice. Sitting together in community and establishing a regular practice can lead to improved focus, clarity, and personal equanimity. Each session will include gentle instruction, spiritual readings, sitting in silence, walking meditation and Q&A. Beginners and experienced practitioners welcome.
Nancy O’Hara is the author of six books on meditation and mindfulness practice and two Zen mystery novels. She has been a meditation teacher, workshop facilitator and personal life coach for more than twenty years, carrying the message of mindfulness and meditation to small and large groups both here and abroad.
